Just tell Nam. She’ll handle the rest.

Speak, type or snap your log sheet in LINE. Nam sorts it by pond. Want to know something? Just ask Nam.

It all starts in LINE and ends up in each pond’s diary

No need to change how you work. The team sends things through the LINE they already use every day, and Nong Nam turns them into a pond history you can call back up.

Scattered notebooks, photos, chats and voice messages, gathered by Nong Nam into one timeline on a tablet
01All records together

Scattered records,
one diary per pond

Notebooks, photos on phones, group chats, voice messages and whatever the person on shift remembers. Nong Nam sorts it all by pond and date, in one place.

02Reading log sheets

Send a photo of the log sheet
Nam reads it, you check it

No retyping every box. Nong Nam reads the numbers from the photo and asks you to confirm before anything is saved. If a box on the sheet is empty, she says so. She never fills it in herself.

This is a real lift-net photo from a pilot farm. Nong Nam counts the shrimp in the photo and estimates their size. The result is an estimate, so during the beta we suggest weighing a sample by hand as well.

Start at the farm, then connect the whole shrimp industry

Today AquaWise starts with shrimp farms in Thailand, helping each farm log and look back at its own pond history. The next step is farm-owned records that link hatcheries upstream, farms in the middle and buyers downstream, whenever the farm agrees. Tap each part to see what each side gets.

AquaWise’s direction: a connected shrimp value chain. Upstream: hatcheries, nurseries and research labs. Midstream: shrimp farms logging with AquaWise, with Nong Nam at the centre. Downstream: traders, cold stores and markets. Farm inputs: feed and animal health products going into the farm.

This picture shows where we’re headed. Some parts aren’t services you can use today, and each part’s details say where it stands. A farm’s data is shared only when the farm agrees.

No one should look after a pond alone

We’ve learned from shrimp farms in several provinces, including Phetchaburi, Chachoengsao and Samut Sakhon, working with professional farmers who tell us straight what works and what doesn’t yet. The founding team goes to the ponds in person.
